The festival begins with a pre-concert on 22 May at 8 p.m. in the foyer of the Congress Centre. The other concerts will take place there on 23 and 24 May. Early bird tickets for the evening concerts are available at a discounted price of \u20ac39 until 31 January 2026. After that, evening concert tickets will cost \u20ac44 and tickets purchased at the box office will cost \u20ac49. The 3-day pass costs \u20ac99 in advance. A service and system fee is included in the price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of the proceeds, \u20ac10 per concert ticket and \u20ac30 per 3-day pass go to the Africa Festival W\u00fcrzburg Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission for people with disabilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have made sure that the festival is barrier-free. On presentation of the official ID with the symbol “B”, the accompanying person<\/strong> of a severely disabled person is admitted free of charge <\/strong>to the festival grounds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The box office at the entrance to the Congress Centre is open at the beginning of the festival on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
