If you want to apply for a bazaar stand, please send us detailed information about what you want to sell and from which country your offer comes. Please include original photos of your stand and assortment with your offer. Please also understand that only original goods from Africa can be sold. “Airport-Ware” and replicas from Indonesia or similar are not welcome at the Africa Festival. If you would like to apply for an information stand concerning the work of your initiative in Africa, please send us details about the project you would like inform about. Please enclose original photos of your stand and material with your application – as well as a sketch with the stand dimensions. Participation in the music\/children’s or supporting programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
If you would like to offer us a music group or a contribution to the children’s programme, please send us a detailed description of your offer by post by 15 October 202<\/strong>5 at the latest. Please enclose either a DVD and\/or a CD as well as photos. Please understand that due to the large number of entries, only one part can be considered each year. When selecting the music groups, the quality of the music as well as the theme of the festival plays an important role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Only complete applications can be considered by our selection committee and will then be archived. If necessary, your application may be considered in the next few years. Due to the high number of applications, no cancellations can be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
