Tickets for the evening program in the big circus tent:
- Day-ticket: 21,50 EUR plus 10% fee and COD postage.
- Season-ticket: 75,- EUR plus 10% fee and COD postage (season tickets only available on advance sale)
Information about ticket order:
- Your order will be treated equaly as all mail orders.
- There is no claim on tickets.
- Please fill in the number of wanted tickets.
- Please give your name and address at the bottom of this page.
Due to great demand we recommend that non-local visitors reserve their festival tickets in advance.

As musicians are arriving directly from Africa, problems and delays could be possible. We therefore reserve the right to make short-notice changes in our programme.

Box office at the main entrance opens daily at 10 a.m.; 22,50 Euro.
Ticket-owners for the evening concerts can visit the festival-site for free at any time of the day. Due to security reasons, we may only allow children from the age of 12 years on, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with an entrance ticket, access to the evening concerts. - check out more information here: news and rules
- Ticket-holders for the evening concerts can visit the festival-site free of charge at any time of the day.
- All other visitors have to pay an entrance fee of 5,00 Euro. Family-ticket 15,00 Euro per day. Admission is free for children younger than12 years.
- We also have an all-day admission wristband, which is valid through all four festival days for 17,50 Euro.
- The Festival ground will be open daily from 10.00 a.m. to 12 p.m. (monday to 11 p.m.). The Havana Club will be open friday, saturday and sunday until 3.00 a.m.
- This is what visitors may expect on the festival-site: concerts during the day on the open stage, the HavanaClub with drinks and music, a colourful children’s programme, a big African bazaar, a handicraft market, movies, a restaurant-tent and various DJ-Shows.
Dear festival visitors,
please note that the organizer only bears liability for material damage or injuries if he may be charged with intent or gross negligence. Applications for recovery and refund of the ticket price may only be accepted if the show is cancelled completely (four-day tickets: refund only if the whole festival is being cancelled). Recovery or refunds will be paid within two weeks after the concert date at the ticket agency of the purchase respective (foreclosure). In case one or several artists cancel their shows and the organizer has been able to engage another artist or music group, applications for recovery or refund may not be accepted. Applications for recovery or refund can not be accepted in cases of force majeure (e.g. storms).
The following are strictly forbidden: tape or other recorders, cameras (video, films and pictures), weapons or any other potentially dangerous objects (e.g. glass bottles, drinking glasses). Violation of these rules result in admittance refusal. Recordings of any kind, no matter if for private or professional use, are not allowed. No advertisement allowed! Body searches may be carried out before admittance. Due to safety reasons, admittance to concerts is only given to children aged 12 years or older and only if they are accompanied by a legal guardian and have purchased a ticket.
